I offer spaces to slow down, listen, and stay present with what’s here.

This work isn’t about fixing or optimizing. It’s about noticing and meeting experience as it is, through the body and the breath.

Some practices are shared online. Others take place in physical studios.

Weekly practice

I teach weekly group yoga and breathwork classes.

The yoga practice moves slowly and intentionally, flowing through simple, dynamic sequences in rhythm with the breath. We take time to feel into the body, stay present with sensation, and notice what’s happening moment to moment, rather than moving quickly from pose to pose.

My breathwork classes offer a quiet space to slow down and reconnect with the body through the breath. We work with simple, accessible breathing techniques, moments of stillness, and gentle guidance to support awareness rather than intensity.

The practice is guided with minimal instruction and plenty of pauses, leaving room for sensation and awareness to lead.

In one-to-one sessions, I create a quiet, flexible space for you to explore movement, breath, and stillness at your own pace. Together, we focus on listening to the body and noticing patterns without judgment or expectation. These sessions are about presence, awareness, and self-inquiry, supporting you in reconnecting with what’s already here rather than striving for an outcome.
