About me
Yoga and Breathwork, to me, are so much more than what happens on the mat in our favorite studio, they are ways of living from a place of love, honesty, and compassion.
They offers tools to gently peel back the layers we’ve built from fear, pain, and protection. Some of these tools involve movement, a physical, outward expression, while others invite us to turn inward and listen more deeply. In my sessions, I offer a blend of physical yoga, drawing from Hatha and Vinyasa, along with Breathwork and meditation. Together, these practices support you in reconnecting with the self that exists beneath the layers.
Off the mat, I try to live more in alignment with what feels true to me. It’s an ongoing process, sometimes messy and confusing, but also deeply rewarding and expansive.
