About me

Most of my life, I wasn’t very aware of my inner world. I was in my head a lot. Constantly overthinking, insecure, and second-guessing myself. I followed the path that was laid out before me without questioning it. This eventually lead me to obtain a PhD in physics.

A few years ago, something shifted. I began paying attention to my patterns and realized that I was creating most of my own problems. That awareness led me to a path of self-inquiry, which brought me closer to yoga, meditation, and breathwork.

These practices have helped me slow down, feel my body, and explore my inner world. I’ve learned to notice the patterns and stories that kept me running and the underlying fears behind many of my actions.

Eventually, I realized I needed to make a change. I completed a yoga teacher and breathwork and meditation teacher training, respectively, and I’ve turned my career 180 degrees. Teaching and guiding this work now feels far more meaningful to me than anything I had done before.
